Hell naw bro i summoned a npc hunter because Ludwig was giving me trouble and i wanted to last a little longer so i could learn his moveset better

and then i ended up making the fight too easy and killing him right away so yeah it was easy but i can’t take all the credit cause i summoned

Same with Roms arcane meteor attack, never got hit with that either

So cool how everybody has different experiences with how difficult a boss is, even down to particular attacks

Maria is where I got stuck and I literally haven't played this game at all since like February Can parry her first stage perfectly but when she starts whipping out those flames

And yeah i feel you, put some friends on to BB and when talking about it all i wanna do is go home and turn my ps4 on again, i’ve never been addicted like this to a game in my life

I just beat Maria fairly easily! Had no troubles with her blood and fire buff phases

I think it’s my favorite fight of the game so far, i really really dig her moveset and the arena is breath taking

I copped the game for the lovecraftian monsters and eldritch abominiations, but im suprised to see that a lot of my favorite enemies are the human sized ones

Can’t wait for Gehrman, i already know his theme by heart from the OST

Maria first phase was the most easy to parry out of every boss in the whole game for me, but maybe that will change on my second run when meeting Gascoigne again

Didn’t have the parry mechanic on lock when fighting him initially

Nah Maria my favorite boss but not because she’s difficult lmao. Gascoigne still not easy to parry for me I usually end up locking him behind gravestones and poking him down until he transforms then I hit him with the wombo combo music box + saw

Ive heard of people doing that but never tried it because it doesn’t sound that fun to me personally, and i don’t use a heavy weapon with range either so i’ll probably even mess up if i tried that method

Been running a lot of chalices now too, finished all the Pthumeru chalices + hintertomb

Kinda bullshit she's even parryable to be honest. She's supposed to be like a hunter grandmaster. She should just deflect the bullets back at you.

But at that point in the game you already killed multiple cosmic gods and big chance you already ate 3 umbilical cords which means youre already in transition to become a god yourself

It makes the fight too easy though. Just saying designwise I think it's dumb.

Well many people still find her one of the more difficult bosses so obviously that's not the case for everybody

People always b**** about Rom, his arcane attacks & spider minions but the base game fight and chalice fight were both easy af for me, difficulty experiences just differ a lot and i don't think that has anything to do with design

I'll never hate on a boss that is parry city because it just feels so satisfying

You got a way tougher boss coming up
