There’s wisdom in your post OP. Besides the near death experience I had a similar switch in mentality which involved a lot of radical change. Breaking up, therapy, quitting drink. Honestly I’m still working on it broski, I guess we all are. but I can resonate - hope you’re good now G

Mom has some major tests this week for an illness. In a different vein it was the thing to help me wake up in daily life.

got in contact w my old therapist from 2020 to tell her about my brain blowing up and how happy i am now after she got me through a rough time. she was so glad i called to update

my older cousin is going through a divorce, two kids and just built his own family home that looks like a mansion. talking today after he texted me. so glad i can give everyone advice like this that i learned
