We’re made to believe, at an early age, that capitalism is the best system that works for the world. You trust that information because it comes from people that are supposed to know more than you. It’s not until maybe college that you’re free to explore other kinds of systems, your biggest hurdles being stigmatization and bias attempting to find unbiased interpretations of these other systems. Capitalism has made it a taboo to seek these other systems, when in reality it’s the most normal thing ever to critique capitalism. A system that allows your fellow classmates and friends to be threatened by homelessness because of domino-effect situations that usually aren’t their fault is insane
