If your view of positivity is an absence of sex/drugs/violence/rudeness, but you also consider the absence of those things as evidence of corniness, I think it will be hard to find what you’re looking for

And if the positivity of it was really truly the priority in what you’re listening for, wouldn’t you be f***ing with the Logic stuff a little more? I’m not saying this as a criticism or anything, I just think if you interrogate that it may provide better direction toward what you’re actually looking to get out of rap

OP saying this while Rap ironically has lifted my spirits the last 6 months

there is a spectrum of positivity and a nuance to it that some rappers just dont got and logic is on the very far corny side of it. its not like he is the only positive rapper lol there are a few others that are easier on the ears than him. now early logic was terrific but late career logic is just annoying to listen to
