It’s not obviously. People just make it out to be to try to increase their value at a faster rate. They are simply just digital collectibles, nothing more and nothing less.

NFTs are only really useful for s*** like selling tour tickets and stuff like that

it cost money to make nfts lol so someone has to pay the upfront cost, it cant be free for artists and fans.

Every NFT that exists already has the properties you're describing. To make it a viable endeavour you'll need to really outline what exactly your minting service does that others don't. If you specifically have plugins to handle all of the things you're describing seamlessly and it easily connects with e.g. their merch store so that they get an NFT when they buy a shirt, or ticketmaster for the same, and the reverse so you can apply discounts etc, then it could be compelling

Also, you won't get it free for both parties. Either you the company will have to pay the mint costs, or the artist, or the consumer
