Don’t want to work for anyone else again, at least as a software engineer anymore
If you need a marketing director or brand coordinator when you make a company hit me up.
You’re going to return it with interest?
i'll signal boost every ktt2 post you make and always hype you up
Stereotypical corporate soul-sucking and utterly meaningless way to spend 40 hours/week of my life
Want to figure out how to create my own company next
250 and you actually only had to do 40 ? Must’ve been terrible.
Why? It’s depressing and unfulfilling and just doing it for the money will give you golden handcuffs that will make you hate your life and be unable to do anything about it either
u know running your own business demands significantly more of your time, right?

when you have the right personality around people and mindset usually opportunities line up and gravitate towards you type s*** if people can see your value up front. never go too far out of my way for anything
and there's always a finesse to fill in the gaps when s***s slow its just looking for it

I did way less than 40h the last 6 months.
It’s an individual thing to me, I just cannot tolerate something I don’t feel passionate about, no matter how long it is. And this was an accumulation of 8 months of not wanting to work here but being a coward about quitting because the pay was so good and it’s scary to walk the path of entrepreneurship. So I got to a place where I literally couldn’t open my laptop. It was really bad.

Yup, and I’m excited for that. I have a really good work ethic, and owning the fruits of my labor and determining what that labour is makes all the difference

a lot of it is surrounding yourself around the right people. even if those people have character flaws if they have ambition and similar goals then there's potential
