They are almost a 1:1 comparison.

“Youngboy is gonna influence black voters because they’ll follow a rapper”

“Kanye is gonna take black votes away because they’ll follow a rapper”

    These are the same argument.

no, YoungBoy is one piece of the puzzle

YoungBoy, their favorite rapper is pro-Trump
their favorite streamer on Kick is pro-Trump
    their favorite podcaster is pro-Trump

every celebrity / entertainer these kids have been idolizing since they were young are paid to push pro-Trump sentiments

    it’s indoctrination

Black people don’t watch Adin Ross and listen to pro Trump podcasters. What are you talking about man. This is a problem for young white kids which don’t make a sizeable portion of youngboys audience

i didn’t say Adin Ross here because i knew you’d say that lol

everyone on Kick is pushing pro-Trump propaganda, and if they’re not, the platform itself is advertising that to them

and you’re a damn fool if you think YB’s fanbase is mostly black people. maybe you’d be right about that in 2016, but not anymore by far.

  • ryuH

90% of rap is morally bankrupt from a conservative point of view

It also happens to be dope as f*** so there is that

The problem I have is when it stops being dope art and it starts being hedonistic for the sake of it and it turns into a minstrel show. Kinda seems like post big 3 mainstream rap has been on that

As trash as mainstream rap is rn, you can still feel and see a culture shift from the masses wanting more authenticity and less hedonism. Just look at the type of artist falling off & flopping vs. the type who get hyped and praised via actual discussion in the music scene.

Cacs and all the music execs w/ ties to the the prison industrial complex can only do so much. And the propaganda (in all areas in the world rn, tbh) is becoming more apparent and waking people up.

Only real music gonna last though.

They are probably top 2 or 3 in terms of the main demos that listen to him.

It’s black men 1, then maybe Hispanic men or black women at 2 lol

YB very clearly has a large women fanbase. He makes tons of songs for women.

His line about watching "Mexican Narcos" was the closest thing to Drake's "cheesecake factory" line. I'd go as far to say he's closer to Drake than Tupac.

  • Free YoungBoy

You’re not giving them enough credit. They aren’t gonna support Trump because he pardoned a rapper. That doesn’t exist. Sure some idiots might but it won’t be even close to enough to make even a sizable dent.

Young black voters, especially young black women are the group that’s against Trump the most. So for yall to act like they are stupid enough to follow Trump because of a rapper is frankly very insulting

Also these freaks need to go outside and talk to real people. The world doesn't work like they think it does.

i wanna preface what i’m about to say with saying that i love this rap s***, I’m not in anyway no “pull your pants up, don’t act out in front in the white people” respectability politics type of nigga, and the main problem will always be white supremacy, so don’t even try none of that s*** with me.

    https://twitter.com/Kurrco/status/2013683515754184881

now that being said, with nicki minaj bipolar personality nowadays being a bbl candice owens, lil baby recently hanging out with pieces of s*** like andrew tate, the recent youngboy s*** d***riding trump, and many more examples, i think its time to have a very difficult conversation on the damage rap (especially “street niggas” ) is doing to our culture

almost 30 years later this video feels eerie, and no i don’t agree with everything c. delores says in this video and beyond. however, i believe now she was tryna warn niggas on how rap would be co-opted by the alt-right, coon ass street niggas, and misogynistic creeps, and it’s not on accident.

#they was playing the long game with us, and now with adin ross (thanks drake) being one of the figureheads of our culture, late stage kanye setting up the emergence of nick fuentes, sneako, nba youngboy saying all hail trump in a song where the song literally has the hook s***and violence screamed out, and one of the most influential black female artists of the century coming out with erika Kirk and pushing “ blond hair, blue eyes” hitler talking points, it feels like their plan is coming to fruition to destroy us from within.

TL;DR: crackers won, we lost. this rap s*** is dead and co-opted by nazis, gg.

They already had eazy e by this point tho

Willow smith is a raging islamaphobe

I mean, is that corner of the world welcoming to a “willow smith?”

Or a Steve Lacy? Or a Frank Ocean?

Like, if we’re progressive, and I’m certainly one, then let’s…be progressive.

(Who didnt even do it for YB but for his lawyer. YB kept saying in that interview he “didnt know nothin bout all dat” when the interviewer brought that up.)

did you start this argument to cop out and tell me how much of a Nina fan you are

Why are you wasting our time

  • On the real tho, YB is a republican's dream. A young black criminal & entertainer with a lot of influence that can be bought out.

Thats why this gen is failing rap and might be the end of it cause it's a bunch of d***gies their brains in the dirt and its all a retread

Hell thats why old music is winnin right now. There's not a single thing YB is saying/doing that Wayne didnt already do.
