I usually go for 24 hour water fasts, maybe 40+ hours and eat something like a piece of bread to trick my body to not burn calories slower cause that’s what typically happens when you don’t eat for like, 72, hours i think. It’s definitely really hard but once you master it, you’re golden
You’re wrong. The moment you pop that piece of bread in your mouth you spike your insulin resistance back up. The higher the insulin levels become, the harder it is to lose body fat.
