nah OP as someone who ran a marathon get a new pair of solid sneakers it’s worth the money to not wreck your knees so badly

runningwarehouse and new balance outlets should do you right on cheap shoes. can get a good pair for $50-60 no prob. I would suggest churning out some money especially if you have a goal in mind (good luck with that btw) just to make sure youre comfortable and not risking injuries
