All these tech companies are setting up the dominoes tbh. And each of these companies is doing it from a different angle. Amazon with their masterclass distribution of products, Apple with their phones and mobile devices, and Google with their data stockpile and AI research.

That's because Apple only does 'big' things. Right now, technology for AI is still in its infancy. Apple doesn't like to mess with technological ideas that are still new. If they get into the smart home market, it's going to be a big invention and it's going to be when it's more of a commodity. Wrong. Amazon and Google have literal cloud services for IoT. Meaning that all these different machines connected to the internet communicating with each other and sending and getting information is probably going to be under one of their services.

AWS is huge atm almost every company is flocking to put their’s and their customers data in their databases, and use their services for their various technological needs including IoT. If anything they’re the ones you should be spooked about because no only are they making the hardware for it they’re also the leading cloud service behind them all as well.

Apple’s best move in a while was the M1 chip. They’ll be able to at the very least ride off that for a while.
