To add to what others have said @op, i recommend getting out in nature and slowing down. Less time looking at what others have to say (in the medium of the internet), more time living slowly, lingering in a good book, moving your body and all its many joints through their range of motion, etc.
The Shallows is a good read from 2011 on the pitfalls of the internet and how it affects our brains if that interests you.

Yeah for real, need to learn to escape this dystopian society we live in.
I look at stuff on social media, and genuinely get aggravated. It's not healthy.

Yeah absolutely bro, f*** man. I really just hate how you NEED to be connected nowadays, but at the same time I DON'T want to see s*** but still want to communicate with people.
Like KTT2, is a pretty helpful site to pass the time. Seeing websites bombarded with "current affairs" are a problem for me.

Yeah its tough finding that balance.
I've started using my phones Focus Mode to disable certain apps for the first hour of my day. Now I don't start my day by seeing idiots and advertisers and its so nice. So I recommend stuff like that lol.
Also try the box breath Exercise method Whenever you get mad( inhale for 4 seconds, hold breath for 4seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold breath for 4 seconds and repeat). Navy seals use this to calm themselves down quickly.

Yeah, try five minutes to start. You can do a guided one or do it in silence

Thanks. I'll look into that
@op I feel the same way but all I really do is just accept the way things are I guess and have the self awareness to realize that I am getting mad and that I can control my own emotions and be relaxed
I know it’s hard to do like in those situations where you know you’re just f***ed no matter what but, again, it’s always something you just gotta come to terms with and practice controlling your emotions

Finally someone who understands, like just getting really annoyed by smalls things that you can't control? It's a b**** to deal with. Controlling emotions is something hard for me. But yeah appreciate you chiming in bro. Definitely trainable behavior to fix the issue.

Just know that I’m out there somewhere losing my s*** too
See a doctor. High blood pressure is serious
Currently on Telmisartan. No side effects whatsoever. Lowers BP and my cholesterol by a significant amount
Get the f*** out the house, i don’t care if you’re driving or taking the damn trash out then going for a stroll to the corner store for an ice cold drink, leaving the house does wonders.
And when you’re inside read up on some hobbies you’re interested in or something. Maybe you can learn guitar or learn how to make beats, that way you’ll transfer your energy or stress or anger into something productive
Therapist/Doctor
Slow down and don’t take life as serious
D**** when used in moderation/responsibily
