Didn't know it was only a week lol. That changes how I feel then. A week is pretty soon but if OP prioritizes someone who text back in a "reasonable" time I don't think he's asking for too much. Plenty of women do that, and I'm assuming a good timeframe for him is maybe 5m-45m range. I'm pretty sure I've been unmatched for taking too long to respond lmao.

Middle KeysI was talking to this girl and she asked me for my IG. After that I got her number then a few days later we hung out but when we hung out she said something that ticked me off that some 41 year old man is giving her money for food and stuff. So a few days later I saw are conversations was not so good. She'll take 1-2 half hour to respond so I got the hint maybe this girl is idk. So ask her if she was interested in a relationship. She said she isn't ready because she just got out a bad relationship. So I told her ok and unfollowed her/unsent my messages on IG and deleted her number. Only did this because I experienced this before a few months ago and I don't want to repeat this mistake.
