    thats what its moving towards in the streaming era tbh

    artists will slowly move the needle to 30-track albums (some have already done this) and you decide which songs you wanna download

    Morgan Wallen got a 36 track album and that dominated the charts this year like 16 weeks at #1 (12 weeks in a row, the other 4 weeks were non-consecutive), and fans just decided what they wanted to listen to

    think its only in hiphop where this is looked down upon cus fans want "concise" and "themed" albums, yet those same "concise" and "themed" albums get no love and no streams, produce less money than the playlist-style albums and then those artists get shelved by their label

    Give me 20-30 tracks and let me decide how I want to sequence the album.
