That’s why when I talk about it I really only mention Drake. He’s the only artist that could drop a totally left field album and still go plat first week. It’s obvious that he doesn’t care about his discography and it’s not considered something so pristine to him that he has to maintain it. It’s a risk but at the same time it’d be the safest risk in music

Ironically Drake is one of the last people I'd expect to drop an experimental album. He feeds the intellectual side of his fan base with his loosies, he cares too much about numbers to do some left field s*** which is cool too
