I’m more interested in what the Republican Party is gonna look like if he loses this election. Will they go back to being more moderate or will they pick a new Trump kind of guy as their leader? I think either way they will be f***ed tbh.

Trump is radical in the way he speaks, communicates etc. but looking at actual policy, he isn’t that far right as you would think, bro doesn’t dare to speak on the subject of abortion himself for example. I think a new Trump figure will be much more outspokenly conservative and less charismatic, or at least most of his present copycats are (JD etc.), which will make it very hard for them to win any future elections, cus of alienating independent voters.

On the other hand if they go back to being more moderate, I could see the radicals in the party seceding and trying to make a new party. Kind of what happened in the UK with the Tory’s and Reform.

I lowkey think the Republicans will be f***ed come 2028.

It’s a clear message of “you’re not going to get X amount of votes unless you have a clear position to stop the genocide/occupation” etc

They still want to participate in the process but also within that using leverage to maybe shift policy but
