I mean listen, he flooded his album with songs. He didn't have to but he did. On this there's enough gems to craft a shorter classic, so I think it's fair to talk in hypotheticals. Not like these songs are coming from different projects, it's just asking what if Drake hadn't done this album with so much filler, then the gems would mean more.

Bro he went well beyond normal album length. I think it's fair to imagine what if he hadn't put so many songs. I mean does filler really out weigh the gems just because he put a lot of tracks?

It's more like "This album would be amazing if it had less songs" which doesn't sound quite as bad. Simply he overloaded the album with music when he didn't need to, which over shadowed all the gems ok this project.
