If you do both you’re never gonna be really good at either at them. Muscle mass makes you heavier and makes it harder to run and do other types of cardio. Cardio makes you lose mass. Also doing both takes a s*** ton of time you have to choose your side.

Imma do both because I play soccer so I need both
I was always more into American football. Soccer is mostly cardio and with football unless you’re a quarterback or some s*** they encourage you to just get big.

But nobody needs to get “really good” at either of them. No one’s competing. Health is the only thing that matters. So doing cardio is pretty f***ing important.
