    But nobody needs to get “really good” at either of them. No one’s competing. Health is the only thing that matters. So doing cardio is pretty f***ing important.

    Both lifting or just doing cardio will get you healthy in different ways. That’s why there’s sides so pick one this is a f***ing war.

    Do cardio brehs. Your heart needs some love

    Resistance training alone is great but you need to get that blood pumping. Plus it lets you intake more calories a day
