Servers make their living from tips, it’s a f***ed up system because the establishment should be the people in charge of providing their workers with a living instead of giving you that responsibility.

Yes but not tipping doesn’t change that either. They’d still legally be employing this people with proper wages and many wouldn’t leave regardless because they need the money
