    He's a beast he does this type of s*** all the time but yeah hes pushing 50 so i doubt we'll see anymore transformations

    Basically you cycle between eating & fasting within certain time periods.

    For example, you could fast for 16 hours & have an 8 hour window for eating all of your meals. There's a few ways you could do it, but the end result is the same & there are a ton of benefits.

    if you wanna try fasting, then start off with a easy 16-8 routine and make sure to each as much calories during that 8 hour period as you usually did throughout the days before

    I’ve had days where I was on this same diet

    Not purposely but I only take an apple to lunch with me and have a cup of coffee for breakfast

    Just do intermittent fasting (18/6) and keep your calories/macros in check king.
