I did a 3 day water fast a couple months back.... was pretty rough and I didn’t notice any benefits tbh.

Lost 30 in 2 months doing keto so at that rate it was on the same pace.

aren't water fast just to get the little bit of skin tightness on muscles and not an actual method to lose weight?

Yea that makes sense to me. My face lost the bloat during the fast, but it all comes back within a day or two once you go back to eating.

I just did it cause my coworker challenged me to do it with him, and I wanted to see how the experience felt. Wouldn’t really recommend it.
