Whole time its to prevent more xenophobes from making dangerous accusations towards Latinos and getting them arrested or possibly killed.

I'm sure you heard the story from the other week about that dumb nigga harassing a Latino couple on the train, getting stabbed and then getting shot with his own gun on the A or C train. In that situation then sure, maybe one can look at it as a good thing because now immigrants/migrants can potentially protect themselves from those kinda hateful people if they own a gun. But ultimately I just see this as a "More guns will fix gun violence!" kinda solution. Which isn't really a solution, and only causes chaos for those who are unfortunately around those situations.

You say you didn’t say that but then you claim their platform is relevant. The law is the law, the ruling should be the same regardless of who appointed them. FWIW this ruling was based off the precedent established by the landmark New York case, which was supported by conservative justices.
