........okay so like I said then
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it isn't, and that judge either has some money invested in gun manufacturers, or ties to politicians who have money invested in gun manufacturers
even doing an honest job is s***ty because its inherently a s***ty system
Liberals itt arguing adamantly for their ideology and still not understanding why the US constitution is backwards
I dont see the issue in the eyes of americans. Like everybody can already carry guns anyways? Arent politicians posting their children with assaulr rifles and s***? Why wouldnt the second amendment count for everybody living in the immigrant country?
ask yourself why you care so much instead of just reacting
Probably because there's been rampant xenophobia and general disdain towards illegal immigrants and migrants to the point where Latino citizens who have been born and raised in America have been accused of being immigrants/migrants and attacked for it. Doesn't seem like the best idea to announce that illegal immigrants and migrants are allowed to carry guns. I can very easily see a scenario where stupid racist/xenophobic Americans and police making a false judgement on a regular Latino, assume they're in possession of a weapon, and either arrest or kill them with no evidence of it

It only matters if you are racist
there is no way someone could tell the different between an undocumented person and a naturalized citizen except presuming those of Hispanic descent are automatically suspicious
And by extension probably other people of color
yes, and now this judge has ruled that all aliens may possess weapons. And, since the person probably doesnt have a visa right now, then they may legally possess a firearm as further entrenched by the ATF statement
Except that isn’t what you were arguing. You were saying the nigga DIDNT break any laws. Which he literally did.
The judge is essentially saying f*** all that. We’ll make an exception now because we’re so progressive ❤️
Like I see what you were attempting to do and...yeah b it most definitely ain't that lmao
bro doesnt even know why he's panicking, he's just straight up afraid of "illegals" like he's donald trump or something
I’m not panicking and I’m not afraid. We have immigration laws, have gun laws. This guy broke both of them. And instead of enforcing the laws that we all have to play by they open the door to illegal immigrants being able to have an easier path to gun ownership than people that actually live here or immigrated here legally.
A 25 year old man with an illegal gun is doing some sort of mandatory minimum. But this guy gets off scott free.

no, im not saying he didnt break any laws. he could've very much broken laws
i'm saying that what he was charged it is not breaking the law. and the judge reinforced that

also that ATF law i sent is about purchase, not possession, so thats entirely irrelevant

that’s already happening and has been happening
you’re reacting to the wrong thing
there's clearly no law in illinois that explicitly prohibits undocumented citizens from possessing a firearm, and as a result, the plaintiff couldn't be convicted for what he was charged for
maybe he broke other laws but he wasn't charged for those
It only matters if you are racist

This guy was over here illegally and obtained the fire arm illegally
Republicans are against it because the person isnt a US citizen (fair) and the judge who made the ruling was appointed by Obama.
Democrats look hypocritical as f*** imo because they are always claiming that they are for gun control and regulation yet its easier for a non citizen to get a gun than a citizen
As a citizen I can go to the store and get a gun right now, what’s easier than that?
This guy was over here illegally and obtained the fire arm illegally
is there proof the firearm was illegally obtained?

Depends on where you live. This is Illinois where the gun laws are stricter

Fam you were arguing that he didn’t need a FOID, which he does to have his gun.
Fam you were arguing that he didn’t need a FOID, which he does to have his gun.
he's not a an illinois resident bruh
and even then he wasn't charged for not having an FOID, so how could he be convicted if he wasn't even charged?

South side of Chicago gets them pretty easily and they are god fearing American citizens

Like just last week in NYC it was some xenophobic a****** harassing and accusing a Latino couple of being migrants, started threatening and then attacked them, and didn't stop until he rightfully got stabbed, pulled a gun out, and then got shot in the head with his own gun like a f***in idiot.
Don't give these xenophobic gun crazed morons an opportunity to come up with more deranged justifications for their treatment towards immigrants/migrants.

youre mad at the wrong people, sorry to tell you. gun laws exist to keep "minorities" and "illegals" (as you put it) unarmed and prisons exist as a system of concentration camps for these same demographics. "citizenship" is a reactionary concept and rights should be equal across the board regardless of whether or not you're a "citizen".
South side of Chicago gets them pretty easily and they are god fearing American citizens
They get them illegally and when caught they are sent to prison.
They are letting this guy do what an American citizen would be sent to prison for

"people are racist toward latinos so we had better uphold the system which distinguishes between the good 'legal' ones and the filthy 'illegal' ones"
