BillyShearsBro I’m at the point where I don’t care. Every week is worse than the last. They keep firing people when they make mistakes, hiring people throwing them in the deep end and if they swim they give them more until they sink, and if you can’t swim you’re fired.

Nah brodie , I feel your frustration but if you quit without having a backup plan and nothing fall through right away, you’re gonna be in an even worse situation. Come up with a good game plan and try to execute it to the best of your abilities. And then when the ball is rolling , you quit.

Not to be one of those but just know by quitting you’re aware that it could cost you more than your own sanity.
I’d rather bite my tongue til I get better motion than to potentially end up homeless due to me not thinking properly , but that’s just me

If you was in an abusive relationship with someone. Where they gaslight you, tell you what to do and say, and you end up becoming sick and depressed. Would you stay in that relationship until you found a new partner or breakup and recover from there?

B I know damn well you aren’t comparing a job, something you NEED to be able to provide for yourself to a relationship which is completely optional because it’s not a necessity. If you’d rather be a bum than to take the steps to better yourself while you’re still bringing money in, that’s on you. But don’t make a thread a couple months from now complaining about your situation.

I’ll succeed. I’m just doing what I do now independently. Just gotta market, find clients, etc. I started out independent contracting at first, I’m just gonna start an llc and go full time.
It’s looking time consuming and expensive so I’m gonna try to get another job to supplement the startup costs.
