Whether or not Kratom is a soft opiate, it's pretty insane and unresearched stuff that can become addictive and have a lot of negative physical side effects. Just stick to weed OP, or even fake weed that isn't spice.

This. I used to take this s*** in like 2015 and it’s literally harmless. It was good for my depression and helped me feel chill for like 2 hours before my mood went back to bad.

I used to wake up with a s***ty mood tho knowing the only way I’ll feel good is through the use of this d***. Also honestly tolerance for it kicked in really quick and thanks to overuse, it barely had an effect after a short while. But tbf, I took some weird powdered s*** that came in a small aluminumish bag (sus I know), not really pills like that. Didn’t know they had pills for this d*** these days but I guess that’s how it goes. Idk really know how strong these pills be tho but I wish I coulda used pills back then. Like I said, I had to use a weird powdery concoction that for me was confusing and hard to make. Had to mix it into juice or something but it always felt like I was doing it wrong which is why I thought sometimes I didn’t get the effects. I remember going on d*** forums (in early 2015) and seeing weird ass white people talk about how well it worked for them like mixing it into tea and then just zoning out on the couch type beat. It kinda worked a little bit for me but not excessively well tbh, at least not consistently. Worst part of highs is that they’re temporary. Anyway, good luck and stay safe.

I dose 2-4 caps, which is 1-2 grams, just up to 3 times a day maybe 4 if Im working late. Then ill randomly forget I have it in the cupboard and go awhile without taking any even lol I actually havent taken any in like a week and checked, I have like half a big bottle just sitting there lmao
