My diet consists of air popped popcorn black coffee and hard boiled eggs not much room for added sugar there
stopped drinking pop a year ago. used to drink 3-4 cans a DAY. replaced them with sparkling and regular water and I feel a lot better everyday.

for sure, moderation is always key. having a soda once a week or on occasion is a nice middle-ground. but (mass-market) soda in general is one of the unhealthier stuff you can have in your body.
