    My diet consists of air popped popcorn black coffee and hard boiled eggs not much room for added sugar there

    I still got my sweet tooth but thats partly because i get the munchies

    Yeah, infact the sugar is what makes your teeth look yellow.

    I believe it, I should start drinking black coffee. I use to put hella sugar in my coffee I reduced that by a lot. I still put sugar but not as much I think some black coffee actually taste p f***ing good.

    I stopped drinking coffee after 3 pm and I think that my sleep is better now.
    I don't think that it's even possible to quit all the sugar.

    I always advocate that people switch to matcha over coffee. It's better for you and the caffeine metabolizes more slowly so you get a longer buzz with less caffeine overall.

    i hav a rl hard time trying to read ur typing style

    but its just one of those things where after steering clear of it for 2-3 months

    your brain will no longer crave it as bad
    and it will no longer feel like a habitual need as you will get used to your "normal" being life without sugary drinks

    More caffeine content, 60mg per tsp. A cup of coffee has 95. A matcha latte that uses 2 tsps has about as much caffeine as a red bull and you feel it for 4-5 hours without a crash.
