we apparently have a lot of unnecessary things other languages don’t have which makes english hard to understand for them
English is not my first language and I'd say it's pretty easy to learn when it comes to verbs, structures, etc. The main issue for me is that there is no consistency or rules in pronunciation (like there is in other languages), so sometimes if you haven't heard a word before you don't really know how to pronounce it properly.
