Indie rock adjacent, maybe? Album came out on Siltbreeze, guitarist/songwriter/bandleader was in that band Tyvek. Anyway, my favorite jazz rock freakout this side of Fun House.

Saw Harry covered Wet Leg's Wet Dream so i went to check the album out and what a fun album! just some simple indie rock.

i ended up loving the singles more than the album itself, but it's still good imo

ya i feel the same but the others grew on me. I didnt realize they released so many songs as singles leading up to this good debut overall hoping to catch em live in the future

lmfao, they were probably wondering why a throwaway b-side is their most streamed song on spotify

I mean, it is a great song, and they are a band who had a lot of great b-sides and outtakes and compilation tracks, so if any band’s gonna have a b-side be their most streamed track….
And it is the perfect b-side, kind of. It’s not weird enough to have been included on Terror Twilight or even Brighten the Corners, it’s just this fun pop song that gets to kind of live on its own that ended up taking on a life of its own. It has unofficially become the non-album single it probably should have been from the beginning.
