YANDHII actually don’t think he was
Right before he ran into them he was more worried about the shooter and wasn’t looking at the kids. Even when running into them he was on top originally
Then the shooter came in front of him and he tried to run the other way and tripped which got the kids in much more danger. If he had been able to keep running it woulda never got that close
Didn’t seem to intentionally try to tie them up imo at least. Wasn’t in his interest to run into them it’s why he was able to be hit twice so easily

That last shot was an insanely close call
That kid was bringing the young on for cover right as the shot happened. Coulda easily been hit with all that movement man this is tough

Matter fact what the hell were those little ass kids doing so far from adult supervision in the streets of the Bronx? The parents should have been sheltering them or shoving them in the door, not a 9 year old girl sheltering her sibling.
