This was solid overall, but the third act was really something special. As someone who has battled anxiety my entire life, the way this story was resolved really moved me. Great message and emotionally resonant.

man i just don’t like these movies wasn’t a fan of the first one or this one

like this one kinda felt like much didn’t happen

but i will say the last part was actually so great and the animation was awesome

i did like it more than the first one though

I really loved the movie but this being the #1 animated film oat is so crazy. Felt way less impactful than many of the other top 10

It’s just inflation, 5 of the top 10 are from the last 5 years.

This movie was good but also was missing something

It had a direct to dvd feel with less depth than the first film but the panic attack scene was so spot on I almost had a panic attack in the theatre

Nahfr especially at the end when she was locked

I think a better metric would be profit made against the original budget

Going to be waiting a while for Disney+ to drop this in 3D

How the hell

It was fun hanging out with the characters again plus they were able to add new ideas makes the sequel worthwhile imo. First one was sadder but that one was about Sadness while this one’s focus was on Anxiety.

They kinda hinted at it here but it’d be cool to see a potential 3rd with Riley as a young adult who’s relationship with her parents isn’t what it used to be. Either that or Riley as a full grown adult with her own kid and Fear is the highlighted emotion
