I know yall out here. How many hrs of sleep do u get on average and hows the quality of your sleep. Any tips or plans to get better night rests.
Don’t be on your cell phone in bed. Try to not be on the laptop or watching tv an hour prior to bed. Do something to tire yourself out before bed, like an evening workout. Learn to practice mindfulness so that when you get in the bed you are better able to turn your thoughts off at will.

depends on the day i guess. i get about 3 hours on the nights i've got uni and maybe 4-5 on the weekends. i spend most of my time laying in bed trying to fall asleep. some nights I don't sleep at all. obv i don't keep my phone besides me, otherwise i'd be on it.
before i used to have problems with sleep duration and sleep onset, now it's just sleep onset i have issues with since i'm on x****. ambien doesn't work for me and we don't have halcion in sweden smh

Mostly problems with onset for me too but then when I'm finally asleep nothing wakes me up
Had to buy an oldschool alarm because my phone isn't loud enough
I'm on dexamphetamine which only makes the sleep onset issue worse

i was on dexedrine as well for ADD, i had to cut it out because i'd sleep like 2-3 nights a week, plus I can't take benzos and central stimulants
have you tried non-addictive sleep medications like antihistamines? promethazine is a decent one. problem is that it leaves you groggy and drowsy as f*** in the morning but if you take dexedrine it'll cancel it out

Am on it for ADD as well. I haven't tried those yet but I can always give it a try

worth a try. are u in the states? not sure if promethazine is OTC there, but there are other antihistamines that are OTC, like doxylamine
