how effective is melatonin?
only good for jetlag induced insomnia. bollocks for actual sleep disorders
i have a terrible sleeping pattern as I can't fall asleep before 12-1 AM, and even throughout the night I feel half awake, I wake up naturally at 4-5 AM and stay awake 'til i get ready for school. it's been like that for 3 months and it's draining me out.
