Q about to drop redeem himself after Mid Talk based off the snippets I've been hearing on his twitch stream
Can't blame the label when it's artists who don't drop for s***. They all have terrible work ethic and are never satisfied with their work. Try being an artist on TDE, who has built that brand ground-up, but with fans who are impatient as f*** and when your album drops only for them to say, "it's trash" or "fuck this artist when is Kendrick dropping" cause you mfers don't care about TDE, just Kendrick, so of course TDE/Interscope gonna go full marketing mode when it's Kendrick time, and rinse-repeat.
if they're never satisfied with their work doesn't that mean they have a great work ethic?

2014 Q would never join a twitch

Expectations and hype rise over the course of time, sometimes projects are a lightning in a bottle moment. They can never recapture that magic, so they at times may just give up altogether.
Really wish I realized what I was witnessing when Young Money, TDE, and G.O.O.D were at their peak. Felt like they'd be around forever, but we all took that s*** for granted

Terrible work ethic but they have next to no misses
Music shouldn’t be treated as a business where quantity is indicative of quality

They were taking advantage of a changing world but thought the change would end with them

Sadly with the internet and streaming, the metrics have changed.

The change is voluntary at the end of the day
I mean there’s a reason why Dave Free/Kendrick left and Keem didn’t sign with them.

Yes, but manipulated in some fashion.

Get top dawg on the phone.
I'm not clicking play on this cracker's video but I disagree
The label isnt dying, but it IS HORRIBLY managed
Fantano has no merit within rap, rnb etc. stick other genres
Could it be that he may be right about this though?

Horribly mismanaged to being on the verge of dying
