Drake has no contract with any labelLol this is extremely false. He has a new deal with Universal and Universal only... through the OVO imprint. Not CM. It’s not project to project. HDD confirmed a while back that Lucian gave him whatever he asked for to re-up. Drake got very favorable terms, and it’s a very safe assumption that the new deal included him getting his masters back 100%.

I think he has the power to drop independantly now too. Scary Hours 2 didn't list any UMG involvement but seems his deal involve his studio albums having that partnership + distribution with UMG.
I'm not an expect on the business side but that's how it seems
