In my opinion he isn’t because, while influential, his style isn’t that groundbreaking and he doesn’t have a project that changed music or is seen a classic. I know you’ll rebuttal with DS2, Monster, 56 Nights, and Beast Mode but those aren’t relevant because they aren’t on the level of a TPAB or MBDTF or Blueprint.
