Gaming/movies/music are all going through the same thing. The mainstream s*** is mostly shallow, boring, and formulaic while the cool s*** is underground/indie

This and 2023 will probably be the last year I buy games till I'm old and playing games with my kids. 2k with the eras has me set for basketball. I can find a lot of replay value with that. GoW, BotW 2, Spiderman 2, Silksong. Gta 6 really might be the last game I ever purchase for myself.

There was a pandemic and remote building of an expensive game didn’t go well

I'm patience with game releases, my issue is that there is a lot of games on console without voice chat. Gaming should be more social with ppl on mics rather it the other way around. You're always going to have the annoying kid, ish talkers, racist, etc, you're going to find that everywhere. gaming is kind of boring to me without that aspect for me.

vr needs to be more accessible and half life alyx level game needs to be on consoles

if that doesn’t happen imma keep it a buck video games are gonna probably change to some pc + streaming s*** fr fr

no major game on console has really taken advantage of the voice chat feature to help make the game worlds truly leaving breathing environments

this is another major step the gaming industry is failing to make

i know that playstations are hard to get and covid affected studios HARD

but if it doesn’t get it together in the next 3-5 years i think gaming and as an entertainment industry as we know it will completely change

wait til yall discover that there are ppl apart from the big studios still making incredible games on a regular basis
