My switch doesn’t get played unless I’m doing a multiplayer thing with friends. Luigis mansions and Zelda held my attention for a while but the switch is pretty boring playing solo

yeah you have like 3 years of games to choose from even though 2020 wasn't as packed as past years. Plus there are still some big games that have yet to drop

For having friends over alone, Mario Kart 8 and SSB are untouchable.

Zelda BOTW is legit the greatest game I've ever played.

Tons of great RPGs and just great stuff in general. Plus the handheld aspect is fun.

If you got friends who you hang out with in person (maybe not as much right now), Super Smash is the best game to play with buddies in person. No better game tbh

I feel like a switch is a way better buy than a ps5 right now. I imagine that say 2 years from now you can buy a ps5 easily having not missed anything at all.

Bought one a few months back. Playing Mario Kart with my brother during these times alone is worth it.

They're all big companies that act in their best interest, but Nintendo has been the one to be the biggest d***head to it's fans/consumers as of late I'd say

It's worth getting there's some great games, but once you beat those games that interest you it'll just collect dust until something new drops

I just know that i have not played half as many games on my PS4 as i have on my Switch. And i still have a lot of games left i want to play like Fire Emblem, Mario Odyssey and much more.
But its all about where your preferences in gaming lie.

The whole stance they have on cock blocking smash tournaments, limited time sales of old games, their poor handling of online, the way they've handled pokemon with charging people just to transfer pokemon from other games

Really just the archaic mindset the people running Nintendo have that's stopped a lot of areas they should have progressed in by now
