drake hasn't had a solo hit in a long time, so that's something i'm looking for with FATD. he has been leaning on the charisma and personalities of other artists to carry him for a while, especially starting with the CLB era, so i'm wondering if he still has the capability to write a hit entirely on his own.
Yeah hes probably going to end up homeless tbh
I was going to pirate the album but because of Drake's perilous situation I'm gonna help him out
and if it is a straight hardcore hip-hop album as reported
when are yall gonna stop buying this lol
it’ll probably be the same solo album hes been releasing for the last like 6 years H/N aside. The drake stans will call it a masterpiece, others will point out that hes just rehashing the same music but most people will just accept it as pretty good music and itll do numbers.

This was literally after a month and currently has over 200 million. There's only one other hip-hop song with that many streams in 2023

This comment is reminiscent of Joe Budden's rant on Views.
"WHERES THE DRAKE THAT PUSHES THE AGENDA"

So essentially he's in a situation where he's competing with himself.
The album is called "For All The Dogs"
There better be a Pitbull feature or I'm not listening

Still wasn't a hit lmao
Not make or break but this album will test people theory about hip hop fans moving away. If Drake don’t do his usual numbers, people that has been saying hip hop is falling off from a popularity standpoint will hold the W. But that’s not a bad thing. Hip hop was better before we let vultures try to dictate the culture.

And I never bought into this narrative that Drake relies on others when he's the one giving them their bigger hits. Future and Travis had their biggest songs recently thanks to Drake (again) and he still helps new artists grow. If Central Cee drops On The Radar without Drake it doesn't chart or make anywhere near the buzz it had same with Churchill Downs and others. This logic doesn't even make sense when you think about it. I don't mind him helping others if we get hits and hip-hop stays relevant thanks to it
I feel like he’s going to push this back again lmao
No way. He's lined everything up well.
Next show on October 6th.
In Toronto.
Album releases the same day.

We need to have the conversation around removing Drake features from a lot of artists and how they're careers would pan out....
