I dont remember what I ate for dinner 3 days ago. I dont remember what i was doing at work last monday. Like i hardly remember what i ate for dinner last night. Is this normal or am i tripping
No you’re fine. This is totally normal. The older you get the more mundane memories just fade. There’s no reason for your brain to hold onto any of this s***. When you’re a child everything is a new experience for you so the memories feel more important and because of that things feel longer. As you age there’s less new experiences and more repetitive information is scrapped which gives off the illusion things are going faster. It’s not like you’re forgetting anything you need.
In all seriousness it's probably nothing to be worried about. Just a part of getting older
Can’t speak on anyone but myself but that’s how depression feels to me
Everyday blends together and you can’t remember simple things from days ago
same, but i also just had a brain surgery and a lot of brain issues
Hope you’re doing better now
i be forgetting the days sometimes. Obviously i can just look it up. But sometimes i feel like its monday, but its friday. Sometimes i be like, “HOLY S***, is it already november 17th, as if i skipped the 10 days before.
i have been doing the exact same s*** for 2 years tho, like everyday. Sometimes 6 days a week same work. new day but same s***.
Did you get covid at all @op
no not that i know of. I feel like i probably had it but not sure
i also rarely eat dinner at home. Often i buy at work.
I feel like if i had lasagna 4 days ago i would remember it. Im gonna try eat good food at home more often and see if i remember it

i feel like it is because of stress and anxiety. I been living unhealthy the last year, (look at my threads for example)
and i have been overthinking a lot and i have had a lot of anxiety. I feel like I need to calm down.
I actually decided to quit cigs, alcohol and d**** 2 months ago. I still havent done any, and i dont plan on doing it.
I try to better myself in any way possible, get my money up, work out, healthy relationships, and by the summer i will be much better.
I feel like the best way to heal myself when it is mental problems is to work on myself. Im no doctor tho idk

it was a bad choice of words. I was trying to say that 2-3 years ago i smoked weed damn near everyday and same with alcohol. then i stopped with weed almost 2 years ago, and didnt drink alcohol since this summer. BUT the last year i started smoking cigs instead.
So i was trying to say that i havent done anything the last 2 months not even cigs.
As far as i remember i havent smoked weed for a like time, unless i forgot which i doubt
