Idk why people act like certain people not being able to do certain things is a problem. You're on the right track op, the less we distinguish anything as a black/white thing, the closer we (as humans) move toward less racism. Labelling certain things for certain races will only cause more racism for all in the long run, as it's used a lot these days to separate us and each other

Honestly I never had a problem with my close white friends saying n**ga. They’ll say it when someone says some stupid s*** snd they’ll be like “n**ga what” They just do it to fit in and feel like one of us bro. I’m not gonna act like every white person isn’t racist, I think we know that’s not the case. I also grew up in Chicago, which is super diverse. I told them only to say it around me cause it doesn’t bother me (when used harmlessly) I love my white people bro, I love everyone. It just hurts me cause I think as much as we “want” equality, we are actually doing a lot of dividing. We are also racist bro.

i don’t think it’s harmful, but ive always avoided doing it. i do believe that genuine cultural differences are important and should be celebrated, but we shouldn’t be subconsciously reinforcing the idea that people behave certain ways because of their race, even if it’s for humor.
