Somethin I’ve been trying to figure out. Hopefully at least w the pandemic it’s understandable, but my dads acting like if I don’t get an office job soon I’m gonna have a hard time finding any.
also I worked 3 field-relevant jobs while in school so it’s not like it’d be a blank page
understandable with the pandemic tbh, but i wouldn’t let it continue on for too long or you’ll fall into a rut

More common than you think, but you need to have a good justification or just make up some s*** that won’t show up on your record
I'm currently dealing with this as well. Use your time to work on your portfolio or anything related to your craft, mental health, and maybe get some volunteer experience in if you can
I didn't work from 18-20, then didn't work 21-24 and I just put "medical reasons (now resolved)" on my application and got hired
i have an 8 month gap on mine
you can fill it out by doing part time work (however small), volunteer work, or online courses
just make up a fake job for that time period
my resume full of s*** I've never done in my life

i need to start becoming a scammer
as long as you can explain it in an interview you're good
just make up a fake job for that time period

Literally this.
You actually trying to be honest on your resume?
It depends how large the gap is. If it’s several months then employers will wonder about that
