Honestly it might just be my mind justifying it but I really don’t fw a lot of people I don’t know/coworkers and don’t see any friendship happening so I just don’t gaf about being interesting or talking to most of them. That’s not for everyone though. I can also link it to having a real tight group of friends for the past 9 yrs or so

I will lietrally talk anyone’s head off besides a co workers. Idk it’s weird lol. Like I’m quiet around them but it isn’t like weird it’s more so nonchalant

This lol. People might notice but they won't care and if they do say something they're probably just trying to be friendly. Talking one on one is what really defines opinions of ppl. It's just another characteristic some ppl are louder or better at carrying group convos some aren't. If ppl judge you on this they're probably not your type of crowd.

I know ppl who are very quiet in some groups very talkative in others. That's natural so don't worry OP. Ppl who are always talkative are often not so well liked lol

Also smoking weed is not a social activity imo idk why people act like it is
