I think if you're filming somebody having a breakdown and you share it you're a piece of s***.

The only angle I see is if you're afraid of someone's safety and you need that as proof of something happening.

Ask yourself if you would want somebody to film someone you love - a family member, wife, husband, son, daughter - having a breakdown before you so easily pass the buck and absolve people of wrongdoing
