LeinNo I think he's already peaked artistically, and ever since then he's exploring new sounds/themes but the quality has become more hit/miss. I think it's fair to say it's been this way since MBDTF.

His quality control and curation, judging from leaks and listening parties, is still not where it was, seeing as how he keeps taking amazing parts off of songs, and the odd instance of adding unnecessary elements (Praise God). It's possible he always did this and we just didn't know about this because there weren't leaks back in the day. Donda has no misses imo, but it could've been better. At the very least OG Donda w/ Pusha T would've made it better. Overall, Kanye is still the best thing going and Donda is a masterpiece.

2013-2015 was not his creative peak. It was definitely 2007-2011. Grad to Watch The Throne. He only dropped Yeezus during the period you mentioned

No shot. Compare the beats on Graduation to something like God Level or Blood on the Leaves. 808s was really him just getting started.

Oct 15, 2021SkydwellerKanye is past his prime. After Yeezus his music has become hit or miss. There are always sparks of genius here and there but I don’t think he’ll ever reach that level of excellence from his early days of his career, which is fine because he doesn’t have to.
Posts like these show how new and inexperienced a lot of you are to Kanye’s music. His run from College Dropout to Drake Fantasy is one of the best ever. Experimentation doesn’t always lead to better music.
We've all ran these albums back plenty of times, some just prefer the newer experimental stuff
