His legacy would be slightly healthier if he wasn't acting lame/washed but when you've achieved what he's achieved it's pretty much set in stone unless you do something properly f***ed up

Nope. When all is said and done he will still have the best album run of any artist

How? When the last 4 have been garbage. You can’t keep only counting his first 5. He literally had 4 duds in a row

  • Mar 15, 2022

nah people still making their insta story screenshots of his music, using his songs as background music for videos, he's still in commercials and trailers. people not gonna stop listening

Kanye is a lot like Sonic the Hedgehog, a shadow of his former iconic greatness. But no matter how bad he runs his reputation into the ground or what stupid thing he says, people will turn heel at every news for the sake of morbid curiosity, or aimless hope that "it'll be different" this time.

nah hes more like the kingdom hearts series if were being real

  • In the past, public artists have been allowed to have the kind of personal lives that would ruin any non entertainment career and still keep their legacy. The increased exposure and transparency of having a publicly tumultuous in the last few years might make this case different. No way to tell though- in between all of his chaotic social media posts he’s still putting out very popular music and making shoes people still want to wear. In terms of his legacy as a rapper and shoe designer ? My inclination is that his personal life stuff will be mostly immaterial.

If god forbid he was gone tomorrow, everyone would remember the music. He’s the single most influential artist of our time and has an undeniable decade of classics followed by another generally great decade marred more by personal issues than by the music (except JIK)

  • Mar 15, 2022

Na. His doc just cemented him more. He's like the only person where people are able to separate the person from the music

Honestly bruh legacy is half assed now you got the people that f*** with him no matter what and then you got people like me that don’t really f*** with bruh as much because he acts like a lil b**** way to many times to be thinking he’s the GOAT LMAO

  • Um it’s not as nice as it would’ve been if he just rode off into the sunset but then he wouldn’t be Ye if he just did that. But RUIN? No it’s not ruined. He would have to get exposed as a necrophilic pedo or something for it to be RUINED as in no coming back from that, and even then some weirdos wouldn’t care
