“Artsy”/experimental rap - (I hate the term “art rap” but for the general population you know what type of time they’re on and what I mean when I say it ) Danny Brown was again just on a completely different level with this s***. Q could only dream of having a masterpiece like XXX
Backpacker s*** - you’re on the same label as S80 Kendrick, guy didn’t stand a chance
Pop rap - a little fish in a big pond when you have people like Drake, Rocky, Chainz, Kanye etc all being more popular and making better music
Schoolboy Q is the definition of mediocre. Some okay songs here and there but has always been the nephew of the bunch and for good reason

1. YG has only two good projects out of his 9, and Blankface and Oxy were better than MKL.
2. Q never claimed to be nor did anything that was experimental, big reach here.
3. The oxymoron was Q gangbanging with a backpack rapper aesthetic. You can’t be both
