Don't get me wrong, I believe there are many passages in the bible inspired by something divine but then there's passages that are clearly distortions.

It takes discernment to know which is which but sadly modern christians have been made to believe the whole bible is infallible...which is a slippery road.

And Muslims put all their stock in the Qu’ran. And Jews put all their stock in the Torah. And Catholics put all their stock in the Old Testament. And Ethiopian Christians put all their stock in the Ge’ez Bible which is one of the oldest untouched books on religion ever written and just the Christian Bible expanded.

There is more basis for the quran being infallible IMO simply because it comes from one source and has never been translated.

The bible is a compilation of texts from different authors, in different languages, in diffrrent times in history.
