NujaSaints Row 1 was ahead of its time being the GTA clone that had create a character, let you rob stores, fun story, etc. Saints Row 2 improved on everything from Saints Row 1 and imo is the highpoint of the series. Saints Row 3 was fun as hell, it strayed away from what made SR1 and 2 great but still a good game. SR$ is just whacky and a far departure from the series. Could have been dlc ffor SR3 too. With all of this being said the first 2 games aged pretty s*** imo. Got SR2 on steam and... ehhhh. But the series is still worth checking out
they're fixing sr2 for pc soon !
and we getting all the DLC content for free

1 had way better multiplayer though imo. The gang lobby’s and being able to form an actual gang with friends online was so ahead of its time

Real, I’m going through another play through of 1 as well as we speak
I agree with the online for SR1, s*** was out of its world for its time. No idea why they didn’t continue it the same way in later games

My rank Of best SR games is honestly in order in which they came out. Although me liking 1 the most may be just cause of nostalgia, idk

NinethlevelI am really suprised to see that people liked this game, when they were coming out initially I wrote em off as s*** gta clones. I haven't really seen bad reviews from anyone outside of the gaming magazines back in the day. I'm ok with some mindless fun. Anyone remember that game on ps2 where you would roam around a mall just f***ing people up (similar type of game)?

May 31, 2020SR3 was my introduction to the game and I had a blast playing it.
I remember having SR4 and despite all the s*** it gets for being nothing like the OG games it was fun as hell just basically becoming super man
