It's the same idea here. U shouldn't be too vulnerable or open with ppl u don't know that we'll. Unless these ppl are close to you I wouldn't say anything, it's just not worth showing yourself as overly emotional

@op recently my ex apologized to me about some things that happened 2 years ago. Yes it hurt to relive those memories but it relieved some weight off my soul 🙏
